Tax Services

IRS and State/Local Audit Representation: IRS Representation. Offers-in-Compromise, cutting through correspondence and notices. Resolving conflicts, and requests for abatement of penalties.

Stand Alone Services:
Besides annual tax preparation and consulting, basic support for Accounting System enhancements, Quickbooks Accounts set-up, and an overview of your financial statements are available on a as needed basis. Individuals may subscribe to this service for a periodic overview of the sources and uses of one's funds (where did it go) relying on checkbooks, bank statements and credit cards. This service compliments and support the annual tax return and provides insight to possible deductions and clarifying on reportable income.
Business Packages
Our firm offers a menu of business packages to fit your company's need and budget. We work closely with you and your staff to help you achieve your financial goals and grow your company. The following packages can be tailored to meet your needs and are offered for a flat fee based on the level and frequency of support. Services are paid monthly or annual depending on the type of engagement.

Business Basics Package: For small companies and start-ups with minimal accounting needs, this package generally includes services on an annual basis: General Review, CFO analysis, and year-end tax preparation. We meet annually to review your company's performance and remain available throughout the year for ad-hoc emails and telephone calls.
- Management Accounting Package: For growing companies who want to start implementing the best financial management practices, this service generally includes services on a quarterly basis: Review, clean-up of accounting statements, CFO analysis, cash flow and dash board of key performance metrics. This package also includes a year-end tax planning and preparation, along with quarterly meetings and ongoing advice and consulting. This package can be expanded to support human resource set-up, employee benefits, and business insurance requirements.
- Virtual CFO Package: For mid-sized companies who need hands-on assistance with their financial management but are not ready to hire a full-time CFO, this generally includes services on a monthly basis. Analysis of your Break-Even points and cost/revenue projections. Budgets and cash forecasts for 90 days, 6 months and 1 year and beyond models developed. Statements of Cash Flow, Balance Sheet and Income prepared in condensed and detail levels. Prepared for the reader and user intended. Meetings with investors, board meeting attendence, and handling of outside financing, leasing, capitalization, stock options are services also available. Expanded services include business process and infrastructure development covering policies and procedures for spending, billing, revenue, human resources, employee benefits and insurance requirements and management.
Consulting Services
Partnering with the CEO, President, Founders of small business to 'Think Out Loud”, we will throw various scenarios up on the board and see 'What If'. Supporting course of actions for follow through and validating assumptions and capital expenditures. Hourly consultations available as scheduled.
Accounting Services: as needed
Advising and supporting monthly system of preparing financial reports. I will work with your bookkeeper to maintain: Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements. Support for outside statements and for management accounting.

Compilation, Review, and Audit Services: Standard FASB approved reports that are required for banks, government agencies, board of directors, and investors.
